Remind Yourself Of Your Blessings

Whether you feel blessed by your family, your friends or even that you just have food to eat each day remind yourself of these things, however small you may feel they may be.

We have a choice.  We can either count our blessings or our problems.  Counting your blessings causes your problems to shrink. 

When we don’t count our blessings, they disappear from our mind.  Although they are still there, if we don’t think about them, we forget about them.  Each day we need to remind our self of our blessings to keep them active in our mind.
